TIMES NEW ROMAN MISHKA GASTER
BACKSTORY
Born in Russia, Times was originally named Mishka Privychka. He was adopted at the age of 4 by Dr. W.D. Gaster, who was visiting Russia for a conference on physics and, having just lost his wife, wanted a third child living in the house. Times was homeschooled, due to various illnesses over the course of his childhood that left him with walking difficulties and chronic fatigue. He changed his name to Times New Roman Gaster at 15, but kept his birth name as his middle name to honor his mother, who he has no memories of.

PAPYRUS GASTER
BACKSTORY
Papyrus, the youngest of the Gaster brothers, was born and raised in Hometown, Oregon. The healthiest of the three, he went to the local public schools. After high school, he plans to go to the college that his father works at, majoring in some sort of science (he hasn't decided yet).

COMIC SANS GASTER
BACKSTORY
The oldest of the Gaster brothers, Sans was born and raised in Hometown, Oregon. He was sick a lot as a child, like his adoptive brother, so the two of them were homeschooled by their father, Wingdings. After Sans graduated high school, he went to an arts college nearby, and moved back in with his family after graduation. He now owns the only grocery store in Hometown.

BACKSTORY
Wingdings was the oldest of 5 siblings, and grew up constantly needing to protect them due to their constant harassment by humans for their strangeness as skeletons. He was also the first person in his family to go to college, where he got a degree in physics. He moved into higher education, where he met his wife, Calibri. They had two children together, Comic Sans and Papyrus, before she died of a mysterious illness. After her death, Wingdings got a teaching certificate so he could homeschool his two sons, as well as their adopted human sibling. After Sans graduated high school, Wingdings decided to become a professor at a local college, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become head of the physics department.

ASRIEL DREEMURR
BACKSTORY
The only son of Toriel and Asgore Dreemurr, Asriel was an only child for 5 years, before his parents adopted 1-year-old Kris, a human. Asriel took to the role of older brother well, and loved and protected his sibling until he went off to college. He still talks to Kris often, and visits the first weekend every month. Asriel became friends with Times and Questionette at the beginning of their first semester on campus, having created a good bond with his professor, Dr. Gsater. But he wants something more with Dr. Gaster's second son...

BACKSTORY
The daughter of a prominent French artist, Questionette started going to boarding school in the US before she even learned English. Feeling ostracized and upset by her lack of mastery in the language, she decided to go to the Habitat to try and get her smile back. After Flower Kid helped her and she escaped along with the others from the Habitat, she started to learn more English, started dating a wonderful woman, and decided to go to college, where she met the Gasters, who accepted her as their own.
