started working on a commission prices sheet, then went to rita's with my friends.

went to lunch then laid in the grass in front of the student center in the sun while listening to music.
after a couple hours of drawing i went to dinner with my friends, then a different friend came over and we hung out and talked till one in the morning!
it was raining when i woke up. went shopping with the same friends i went to rita's with
haven't journaled in a while because i've been busy with classes and hanging out with friends! didn't go to the diner for the first time in like a week (got taco bell instead). it rained so i stayed inside except for walking to class and to a meeting about housing for next year (i'm living in special interest housing with The Gays). very exciting!
went to classes and also ate at the diner for both lunch and dinner. spent a whole chunk of the afternoon hanging out with some of my friends (and a cat!) on the quad in the sunny-ish weather
i hurt my head at a game yestreday so i've felt weird all day today. got the jerseys from my friend, and so i have to wash them this week as well :-/
started writing a new fanfic! i'm really excited about how it's turning out.
ended up going to the hospital last night for my concussion. not allowed to play rugby for a couple weeks, and was told to stay off screens and away from bright lights.
went and hugn out outside today! it was so nice out and my mom said my outfit made me look like a movie star! i'm getting more confident wearing head coverings now, without worrying that people will judge me for it. it definitely makes me more comfortable in my own skin. only problem is it makes me look like a girl :-(

i've also gotten more comfortable wearing headcoverings and stuff every day, though sometimes they come off in public and i get worried. today i tried a turban style that did NOT want to stay on, so i pulled my scarf off at dinner and just put it in my bag. will have to come up with solutions to keep it on because it's a more masculine style that i actually really like.
spent most of today inside despite the nice weather because i had appointments and stuff. i've also been feeling super crappy because of the concussion :-(. hopefully tomorrow will be better
spent all of yesterday and today trying to rest from the concussion. going to the diner with benry today though! i'm excited for that
i also went to the er yesterday, and was supposed to get a call from the concussion clinic, but they never contacted me. i should call them, but the er doctor said that it could take a couple days. if they haven't called me by tuesday, i'll call them
today was a lazy in bed kind of day. did a lot of work on my lily monster au despite that, though!
also listened to a 10 hour long version of pepper steak from the game off. idk why i did that.
my roommate has coivd, so we're both isolating on the off chance that i have it as well (i'm getting tested tomorrow)
also got to talk to the concussion clinic, and they're going to call me back later, as they have to contact the orthopedic center close to me, because they only have appointments at one that's far away and i have no way to get there that doesn't involve lots of exertion on my part
i decided to change my name a little! find my new names on my about me page.
got a negative test today, so i'm spending more time outside the room to avoid getting infected.
went to the orthopedic center! the dr said that my concussion will probably take 2 more weeks to heal. still not allowed to play rugby though, because the easiest injury to get when you have a concussion is another concussion.
in my literary women class we're talking about gay rights. it's so weird working on a project like this with what i assume is a bunch of cishets. they stressed the importance of stonewall, which i believe to be an important event, but not as important as everyone makes it out to be.
went to sleep at like. 7:30 last night, woke up at 3am and looked at my phone for a while. when i woke up this morning i took a covid test (negative, thankfully).
nothing much happened this weekend, so i didn't put anything in the journal
i went to the opening ceremony of the aids quilt at my school today. here are some thoughts and observations that i have:
i should really rewatch avatar: the last airbender. i should also watch our flag means death, and the new season of evil. lots of things on my mind
didn't do much today except work on Fire and Water Make Smoke, my zukka fic and go to class.
went and sat in the room with the aids quilt again. it's such a profound gesture of love. i like being in there
